"Hotel le Concorde is absolutely well located exactly on Grande Allée (Quebec City main night life), 10 minutes walk from Cartier Avenue where there is plenty of small boutiques and great restaurants or 10 minutes from Vieux Québec where there is another set of nice restaurants and boutiques. It is also on the Abraham Plains Park where you can walk, and relax on Jeanne d'Arc garden. This hotel is nicely priced for the area but as we saw with reviews: some rooms need renovation (we have knowingly chosen the cheapest room - not renovated). In fact, it is just the bathroom that needs some refreshment - but great water pressure for the shower, Great view (even from the 8th floor - see photo) of the parlement and Vieux Québec. Pool and Gym are first class. No need for a rental car, everything is walking distance or within cheap taxi rides. Personnel (front desk as well of Valet) are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. "
