« Heating was difficult to understand. First night the setting was accidentally set to Cool, so no heat. Finally figured it out around 5:30 am the next morning. Parking was very difficult. I'm disabled and can't do stairs very well. The "15" steps were only mentioned in the "Details."The pictures did not show them, otherwise I would not have reserved this place. »
