Located on a mountain top, this spacious, comfortable townhouse is the perfect home base for a White Mountains stay! You'll enjoy all four seasons close to many New Hampshire attractions. As part of the Waterville Estates, you'll have access to 2 indoor pools, 2 outdoor pools, hot tub, fitness center, hiking trails, tennis courts, pickleball, and so much more! For skiers, you'll be near Tenney Mtn, Waterville Valley, and Loon. And excellent leaf peeping and birding right from the back yard!

This townhouse is located in the Ledgewood Village condominium complex within the Waterville Estates. As part of the Waterville Estates, you'll have access to our FABULOUS Community Center with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, game room, tennis courts, basketball, swimming pond, and so much more! Your rental includes TWO guest passes to the Community Center. The guest passes allow you bring additional family and friends to the Community Center for the daily use fee. The Community Center, where the pools are located, is a short drive from the condo.

The spacious townhouse has lots of space to relax and enjoy your time in the White Mountains! It has an open concept living room with electric fireplace, dining room, and well-stocked kitchen. You can access the deck from the living room. The deck has a dining table and chairs.

There are three bedrooms! The Bunk Room has a set of bunk beds suitable for adults or children and a "King Size" bed, which is actually two twin beds that can be together for co-sleeping or separated for individual sleeping. This room has access to the patio and a TV. The Queen Room has a Queen Size bed and TV. The Loft includes three twin beds. Two of them can be separate or pushed together for form a "King Size" bed for co-sleeping.

The Office has a large desk for remote work and comfortable chair for reading or taking a relaxing nap.

There are two full baths and a half bath, and a full size washer and dryer makes longer stays easy and comfortable.

1. The townhouse is perfect for friends and families, but please NO PARTIES!
2. We are located in a residential community, so please keep the noise to a reasonable level after 10 pm.
3. For fire prevention and safety, no candles or open fires inside the condo.
4. No smoking or vaping of anything.
5. The Loft bedroom does not have a door.
6. AWD or 4WD recommended during winter weather events.
