Villa Sa Pau, charming rustic property surrounded by pure nature

We invite you to spend wonderful holidays in Mallorca with your family and friends at Villa Sa Pau – a peaceful rural house, decorated with love and good taste. The chalet was built in 2014 exclusively as a holiday villa and is located in a charming rural setting in the southern part of the island, about 6 km from Cas Concos des Cavaller and about 7 km east of Campos. In both Cas Concos des Cavaller and Campos, you will find bars, restaurants and shops to meet your daily needs. The fantastic sandy beach of Es Trenc is 19 km away. In about 40 minutes by car, you can reach the island's capital, Palma, and its Old Town, which is definitely worth visiting.



Upon entering the interior of the house, an elegant and welcoming atmosphere greets you. Here you will find a partially open living-dining room with two large and comfortable sofas placed in front of the panoramic windows. In this area, you can simply relax here in a glorious setting, perhaps with a good book or a stimulating conversation among friends or watch flat-screen satellite television when you feel like it.



If necessary, you can light the wood-burning stove to enjoy a comforting warmth and a homely feeling on the cooler nights. In the middle of this spacious area, there is a dining table, excellent for sitting in a group and eating together indoors. The integrated kitchen, which is right next to the dining room, is fully furnished with high-quality items and has everything necessary to satisfy your daily needs. Here there is enough storage space and worktop to ensure that several people can prepare meals together comfortably and easily at the same time. There is also direct access to the outside from here.



Four charming rooms (two on each floor), all designed in totally unique ways, immerse you in a night of deep rest. The subtle colours blend pleasantly with the skilfully placed light touches, further emphasising the soft homely feeling of these rooms. One of the two bedrooms on the upper floor has direct access to the balcony. Additionally, there are three fully equipped bathrooms (one en suite and two separate).



Villa Sa Pau is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and worry-free stay: air conditioning in the living-dining room and three bedrooms and ceiling fan in the room, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all crockery, large built-in wardrobes in all bedrooms, sheets, bath and pool towels, etc.



In the exterior plot of 15,000 m², you will find areas with grass, Mediterranean plants and trees, terraces and attractive niches. This results in an overall relaxed and pleasant image, in which the pool, which is bordered by blue mosaics, is perfectly integrated. The saltwater pool can be comfortably accessed through a series of steps on one side, and its depth varies between 0.90 and 2.00 m. It is surrounded by a beautiful sunbathing terrace with a total of 8 sun loungers, where you can relax, either under the sun or under one of the provided umbrellas.



A highlight is the covered barbecue area next to the pool, around which you can organise barbecue nights and enjoy delicious and fresh local delicacies. Additionally, the house has a spacious partially covered terrace with a large dining table that invites you to sit and relax with views of the garden. On pleasant days, it is more than possible to enjoy spending all your time outdoors.



Villas Sa Pau is the sister of Villa Son Pere, which can also be found in our listing. The houses are located separately from each other on an enormous estate of 35,000 m², which belongs to the same owners. You cannot see one villa from the other, so you will enjoy total and absolute privacy during your stay here, which can also be a perfect option for families or large groups of friends who want to spend holidays together, but living separately. There is a parking space for your rental car in front of the house.



Regarding day trips, it stands out, among other things, the beautiful port area of the old fishing village of Colonia de Sant Jordi (21 km). In Cala Figuera (also 21 km away) you can become familiar with the charm of another traditional Mediterranean fishing port. The Mondragó national park is just 10 minutes by car.
