The villa is easily accessible from Campofilone, a small hilltop village in the province of Fermo, surrounded by the Marche countryside and the Adriatic Sea. The village is known for the famous Maccheroncini di Campofilone IGP, one of the most representative gastronomic excellences of the area.

Nearby, Torre di Palme is well worth a visit, a charming panoramic village overlooking the sea, as well as Fermo, a town rich in history, with its elegant historic centre and Piazza del Popolo, considered the heart of the city. For those who love discovering small inland villages, Moresco, Altidona and the other villages of the Valdaso area are also within easy reach, ideal for experiencing the most authentic side of the Marche region.
For nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts, the Sibillini Mountains National Park offers trails surrounded by beautiful landscapes and places of great charm, such as Lake Fiastra, the Lame Rosse and the Gole dell’Infernaccio. For a day trip combining sea and nature, the Conero Park is also a wonderful destination, with panoramic trails, Mediterranean vegetation, scenic beaches and the villages of Sirolo and Numana.

Villa Stefano is arranged over two floors and offers welcoming outdoor spaces designed to fully enjoy a holiday in the open air. The porch running along the long side of the villa hosts the outdoor dining area, ideal for sharing lunches and dinners together while admiring the view of the hills and the Adriatic Sea.
Next to the dining area, there is a small relaxation corner with a table and armchairs, perfect for reading, chatting or enjoying a peaceful moment during the day. In the same area, guests will also find the barbecue, ideal for pleasant outdoor grilling.
A short distance from the house is the panoramic swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers and overlooking the surrounding landscape. Here, guests can relax in the sun, cool off on warm days and enjoy the beautiful view stretching from the hills to the sea.
The property is fully fenced and offers ample parking space for cars.
Villa Stefano is arranged over two floors and can accommodate up to 8 people, offering welcoming and functional spaces, ideal for families or groups of friends.

On the ground floor, the entrance opens directly onto the living room, a warm and convivial space with sofas, fireplace, coffee table and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day spent between the sea, villages and hills. The fully equipped kitchen is connected to the dining room and separated by charming brick arches, which give the rooms a rustic and authentic atmosphere. From the kitchen, a sliding door leads to the pantry, where the fridge and dishwasher are also located. Also on the ground floor, there is a bathroom with shower.

An elegant stone staircase leads to the first floor, dedicated to the sleeping area, composed of:

-two double bedrooms;
-one quadruple bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed, ideal for children or teenagers;
-one bathroom with shower.

The bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring greater comfort even during the warmest months.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; final cleaning; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance.

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week) € 50,00 per week; heating consumption; extra cleaning; extra linen change.
