Villa Mantegna is a nice independent villa, very close to the beach (walkable distance - 2 minutes) with a large terrace and private parking. The villa is composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 matrimonial and 1 triple, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen-living area. Outside there is a large terrace with a barbecue area as well as an upstairs terrace where to enjoy the sunset over the sea! Air conditioning is also available.
It is possible to have your meal outside or simply relax in one of the loungers...
There is a outside shower (with warm water), very useful when you comeback from the beach or if you need to refresh yourself.
The area is safe and quiet, located close to the train station and to the supermarkets. There are restaurants/pizzerias on beach side and also several private beach/bars, at a few steps from the villa. The town nearby offers most of the services needed such as bars/Ice cream shops, bakeries, butcheries, local veggies/fruits shops, pharmacy,...
The villa is ideally located in the central part of the north coast of Sicily, close to the main motorway so it becomes the perfect place for your holiday and to organize daily trips in most part of the island (Cefalù, Palermo, Catania, Piazza Armerina, Etna, Agrigento, ...)
