« The shower offered shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I got in, turned the water on, and they were all empty. I had to get out dripping wet and find my own products. 😖The breakfast was very good and staff was wonderful. They charged $30 a night for a pet and you get nothing. »

« This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Stayed one night. Went to complain about mud and dirt on the floor but no one was at the front desk. The fire alarm went off 6 times between 10pm and 615am. The hotel refused to do anything about either complaint and refused to refund me for the 4 nights that I did not stay there. Expedia was unhelpful with my dispute. »
