"Un problème de communication avec l'hôtel nous n'avions pas reçu les instructions pour pouvoir prendre les clés de la chambre et trouver le parking...heureusement que nous avons pu trouver des gens sur place qui nous ont arrangé et on a pu trouver une solution. We took all of our meals at the hotel and we loved it: breakfast had several options, same for the restaurant with quality products and the wine... we were pleasantly surprised each time. The staff was very patient and helpful with us. Bonus point for the accessibility: even though you must take the car to go downtown, it's in a very quiet area and the hotel has an elevator. We loved the whole original decoration, and the outside. If you want to go to the gym: be prepared to go to a full gym as the hotel works with one."
