Quiet, cozy and beautiful. near-by is Cliff Castle Casino, grocery store, Montezuma Castle, Verde river and plenty of hiking trails. Also, Bald Eagle nests in near-by forest. Sedona, Jerome, Cottonwood are all only 30 minutes or less away. UFO sightings and star gazing is incredible here.

Great condo, beautiful view and clean

This was a great, clean space with two nicely appointment bedrooms, large patio facing the mountains and nice bathroom with heated floors. Very spacious and well appointed. We very much enjoyed our stay and the host was very communicative. We will definitely stay here again!

AZ Family Friendly Neighborhood Suite

This place is located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. It has a kitchenette and mini fridge, much like a hotel suite but with more privacy and personality. The hosts were right there if we needed them & we had no trouble finding it. Definitely would come here again if we’re ever in the neighborhood.

We’ve stayed twice now and both times this has been such a lovely location to be. So peaceful and located where we can easily drive to all the local attractions. Love the little touches like snacks and coffee and tea. Lots of rural roads to walk with our dogs. I’m quite sure we’ll be back.

First Visit to AZ

My wife and I came to Camp Verde for a meeting I had for a project in Camp Verde. We really enjoyed the property itself and there is an amazing view from the back deck. The property was clean and well appointed with just the right amenities for the space. If I had to find a flaw, it was that the WiFi was weak. But, I would absolutely recommend the property to anyone.

Wonderful place to stay!

Very comfortable home base for our vacation. Had everything we needed including a great view. After days of hiking and adventure it was a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet… both inside and out on the balcony. If we ever return to the area, we would definitely stay there again.

Great stay

Perfect for our family of 4. A beautiful view out the windows. We loved watching the cows, kitties, and birds each morning. An easy drive to the highway. We made our way to the red rocks, Grand Canyon, flagstaff, and back to Phoenix. Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful property.

Cozy Stay

Colton and Kaitlyn’s little casita was perfect for our needs. We wanted a quick getaway for the long weekend that can accommodate our 2 medium dogs and their property fit the bill. The listing itself sits on top on their garage. You have to enter their yard first then go up a flight of stairs. It was like an apartment with all the things you need and more cause they provided all the toiletries and even snacks! I was so happy because it was nice and cool inside, with 3 A/C units all over the space. This was nice to have since it was so hot out! The yard is the other reason we chose this Vrbo. It was huge and well-tended to. The dogs were able to run around and play since it was fenced in. They do have a small cute dog but they don’t let it out when our dogs are out! The place was close to a lot of things around the area. We visited the Montezuma Castle as well as the city of Jerome during our stay. On our 2 night stay, we didn’t get any wi-fi due to technical issues but the hosts waived our pet fee in exchange. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will come back again in the future (hopefully the wi-fi will be fixed then ha)
