Whispering Winds - Great House on a Great Point
Escape to this comfortable lakeside house on the Little Niangua at Lake of the Ozarks, where breathtaking panoramic views and peaceful surroundings await. Situated on a prime point, this nicely landscaped property features a gently sloping yard leading to a private two-well dock, complete with a high dive platform for endless waterfront fun. The owner does have a boat in one slip so you are welcome to use the other one (10'x24').
Inside, the house boasts an open-concept layout designed for relaxation and connection. The fully stocked kitchen flows seamlessly into the inviting living area, where vaulted ceilings and expansive windows frame the lake's natural beauty. Enjoy meals at the breakfast bar or adjacent dining area with seating for six. The main level features a spacious primary suite with a queen bed, more stunning lake views, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. A second queen bedroom, another full bathroom, and a large laundry room provide additional space and convenience. The lower level offers even more space to gather with a large family room, making it the perfect spot for games or simply unwinding. This level also includes a full bathroom and 3 well appointed bedrooms: one with a king and a twin, another with a queen and a twin over full bunk, and a third bedroom featuring a twin and another twin over full bunk.
