Enjoy a unique experience at this centrally located Victorian terrace, with well thought out pieces to create a relaxing and stylish stay in Cambridge with designer décor throughout.

Centrally located in the heart of the historical city of Cambridge in a secluded and quiet neighbourhood overlooking a college sports ground, this is the perfect place for a group of up to 4 people looking to explore, work, or study with everything needed a short walk or drive away.

SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x King Size Bed
2nd Bedroom: 1 x Double Bed
Each bedroom has wardrobe space, bath and hand towels for each guest, and complimentary toiletries are provided for your stay.
Main Bathroom: A walk-in shower and separate bathtub are available for use.

CHILLING:
Beautifully decorated open plan living/dining room with a flat screen Smart TV to select your favourite Streaming App or Local TV channel. Or sit outside and enjoy the secluded and private garden off the kitchen or to the front of the house.

EATING:
The modern kitchen is nicely kitted out for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, 4 burner gas hob, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, Delonghi coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. There is also a washer/dryer available for personal use.

PARKING:
Parking on the street is for local residents only, but there are a number of short term and overnight car parks that are available nearby, with some a short 10 minute walk away. Just Park App parking spaces are also available nearby.

OUT AND ABOUT:
Located in central Cambridge it is a short 10 minute walk into the city centre and to Cambridge's main tourist sights. You are surrounded by numerous colleges within walking distance, as well as the River Cam and local parks for morning walks. Our home is a perfect stay for all occasions.

There is a college sports field located in front of the house and across the road Lammas Land, a scenic open space with kids playground and a wading pool. It is a short walk to a local coffee shop, restaurants and local pub, and less than 10 minutes drive to Cambridge train station.

I won’t be around in person during your stay, however I have help managing my Airbnb with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.

There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.

Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.

- We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours

- Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire at a cost of ÂŁ50, or ÂŁ30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to property prior to your stay.
- Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave in entrance hall.
- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher tablets and washing pods, toilet rolls and a kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a nearby supermarket minutes away.
- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
