Enjoy a unique experience in this beautifully renovated cottage, that was part of an old historic Victorian villa and formerly a servants’ quarters. Perfectly located in the city centre with your own private entrance and charming courtyard. It is set over 2 floors and surprisingly spacious inside. It has been furnished with well thought out pieces to create a relaxing and elegant stay in the centre of Cambridge, with superfast wifi and modern amenities provided.

It is the perfect place for up to 2 persons looking to explore, work, or just have a weekend away with cafes, restaurants and local pubs less than 5 minutes walk away, and many of Cambridge’s main sights within walking distance.

SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x King Size Bed with built-in wardrobe.
Spacious main bathroom with large walk-in shower.
Bath and hand towels are supplied for each guest, and basic toiletries provided for your stay.

CHILLING:
An open plan living/dining area with a small flat screen Smart TV and your favourite Streaming Apps installed – Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus. Or sit outside in the courtyard on warm evenings, or wonder across the road to Parkers Piece and this expansive park.

EATING:
The modern kitchen is generously sized, and fully equipped for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob, small fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, kettle, with some condiments provided. There is also a washer/dryer available for personal use.

PARKING:
Your own free parking space belonging to the property and inside a gated area right next to the house, which is rare to have in such a central location in Cambridge.

OUT AND ABOUT:
Situated right in the centre of Cambridge across the road from Parkers Piece and Regent street, and less than 10 minutes walk to the trendy Mill Road. There is an array of coffee shops, restaurants and bars to choose from and walk to, including the 4 star Gonville Hotel next door.

Cambridge train station is a 12 minute walk, and along Hills Road there is a Tesco Express and Co-op supermarket (8 minutes walk). This is a prime location to explore many of Cambridge's world famous attractions and universities. The nearest bus stop is on Gonville Place (1 minute walk) and there is a National Express bus stop along Parkers Piece (5 mins walk). This is the perfect location in the city centre for all occasions.

My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.

There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.

Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.

- We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours

- Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire at a cost of ÂŁ50, or ÂŁ30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to property prior to your stay.
- Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave in entrance hall.
- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, washing machine pods, toilet rolls and kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a supermarket minutes away.
- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Cambridge apartment

Small, neat and tidy and quiet. Easy parking.No freezer on small fridge in kitchen and no dishwasher, but good washing machine/ dryer.Steep stairs to top floor with nice bedroom and bathroom.Location excellent and car probably not needed for good walkers.
