The space
This spacious and modern townhouse is well located in the historical city of Cambridge in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. We are a short walk or drive to the nearby Addenbrookes or Royal Papworth hospitals, as well as the Biomedical Campus. This is the perfect place for up to 5 people looking to explore, work, or study, with everything needed a short walk or drive away.

SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed and own Ensuite with walk-in shower
2nd Bedroom: 1 x King Size Bed
3rd Bedroom: 1 x Single Bed and a working desk with monitor available for use
Each bedroom features their own built in wardrobes with shelves and hanging space
Main bathroom with own bath and shower
Each bedroom has bath and hand towels for each guest, and toiletries provided including shampoo, shower gel and hand soap.

CHILLING:
Well appointed open plan living/dining room with a large 60inch flat screen Smart TV to select your favourite Streaming App or Local TV channels. Your own private garden with outdoor furniture.

EATING:
The modern kitchen is generously sized, and kitted out for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob, large fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (coffee pods not included), toaster, and kettle. There is also a washer/dryer available for personal use.

PARKING:
Your own parking space alongside the house and behind a remote controlled gate, is available for guests to use. On street parking is also available to guests nearby.

OUT AND ABOUT:
Situated next to Addenbrookes and Royal Papworth Hospitals and a short 10 minute drive to Cambridge train station and into the Cambridge city centre, our home is a perfect stay for all occasions.
There is a small kids playground next to the house and a nearby convenience store 3 mins walk. Five minute drive to a Waitrose Superstore, restaurants, pubs, and cafes. A short walk to nearby bus stop taking you direct into the centre of Cambridge or nearby hospital.

I won’t be around in person during your stay, however I have help managing my Airbnb with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.

There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.
Guest access
Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.
The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required.
We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay.
Other things to note
- We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours
- Smoking in the property is not allowed.
- Extra guests are not allowed.
- Superfast Wifi up to 100 Mb
- Pets are not allowed
- Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire at a cost of ÂŁ50, or ÂŁ30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to property prior to your stay.
- Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave in entrance hall.
- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher and washing tablets, toilet rolls and a kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a nearby convenience store 3 minutes walk or a large Waitrose Superstore 4 minutes drive.
- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
