« Check in service was fairly uninviting and unfriendly. Entered our room (313) and the toilet was running. Could not get it to stop. Maintenance man was friendly, but definitely overwhelmed and overworked. Had to go to hardware store for parts, still unable to fix it (it ran all night and through our check out). « The staff member was really trying their best and seemed to be very short handed. The room had a plastic bag tied over and around the smoke detector on the ceiling. They had âupgradedâ me from a single king to a suite with a jacuzzi, but honestly given the state of the facility I didnât feel that jacuzzi was a health safe option.
