« Our stay at Velea was fantastic. The building is only 2 years old, very modern, with continual maintenance as it shows no signs of wear like many places do. Pool and Gym facilities are on point. The staff always make a big difference, the staff at Velea were amazing. Chhean provided exceptional service, ensuring any requests were promptly followed up, and being just truly friendly and enthusiastic to assist , we appreciated him very much. « When we got there the airconditioning was dripping on the bed. The drainage was blocked with algae. The crockery was dirty with soup stains. The two pots were burned beyond help. Only two small towels were provided, no hand towels or kitchen towel. The mattress protector was disgusting and they took it away when they changed the bed by turning it around. The bedsheets are fake, not cotton. Overall a bad experience and we do not recommend staying here. The management simply stopped communicating...

« I stayed for 11 nights, and the place was very clean and cozy. It feels luxurious. Having a washing machine was a big win. The staff are very kind, and the security made me feel safe. They helped with everything I needed and delivered whatever I asked for. Two things to note: there aren’t many kitchen items, but if you ask, they’ll bring what you need. Also, in the shower, lower water pressure gives hotter water. Overall, it was perfect! Definitely will stay again if I come back to Siem Reap »

Also a towel and washcloth, dish soap… apartment only has a microwave, fridge, bed, tv, washing machine. Everything else you need to bring . Depending on ur electric usage you may need to prepay.
