"The house was very spacious. It was very clean. It had a lovely private garden/ orchard and although the pool was not big it was good for cooling off. There was a cafe next door and a bakery next door to that. There is a supermarket about 3mins in the car away and there are a few local restaurants. We only ate at one, Il Sogno.. "Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."

"This is a beautiful house in the peaceful countryside and completely private. It is situated just over 2km from the centre of Martano. The house is spacious and well equipped and the outdoor terraces were perfect for sunbathing and meals. "Everything about our time in this home in Lecce was wonderful. The house really feels like home, all of the furnishings are very comfortable, especially the beds. "Tommasso and Maria are fabulous hosts who go out of their way to help. They came one day with pastries for us and there were refreshments and snacks for us in the refrigerator. The bed is comfortable, kitchen very well equipped! Loved the morning sunrise on the balcony with a visiting cat who greeted us everyday. The only negative was no wifi but Tommasso brought us a modem. And the thirty stairs to get to the unit. It’s not a problem for most but I have mobility issues "

Giulia was an amazing communicator and helped us tremendously on her personal time when we experienced a medical emergency. "Not only the place is so gorgeous, the staff is incredible and will really do everything for you to enjoy your stay in lecce. This place is luxurious and you will be treated in a luxurious way, but they also will provide that top tier service while genuinely enjoying it. They also have great products, both the breakfast and apperitivo were amazing. The only negative thing we saw was a french lady complaining that it took more than a minute to get butter at breakfast which we, as french canadians, found pretty funny. Other than that, our room was so gorgeous. Sure, it was a bit special to have an opening in the wall between the bedroom and the toilet but everything else was great and contributed to great memories of lecce."
