Ca' del Ciliegio is located in a strategic position and allows you to reach Finalborgo, one of the "most beautiful villages in Italy" in 10 minutes by car, the white beaches of Finale Ligure in 12 minutes and easy access to the numerous outdoor activities that hinterland of Finale is able to offer.

The house is spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase, completed by a private garden dominated by a majestic cherry tree and a spacious panoramic terrace.

On the ground floor you will find the living area, consisting of a living room, a large kitchen and a bathroom.

The sleeping area is on the upper floor and consists of a double bedroom and a triple/twin bedroom connected by a hallway, where a comfortable workstation for smart working has been created with a bookcase and a large desk illuminated by an arched window. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and the bedrooms with cold / hot air conditioning.

From the hallway and the master bedroom you will be able to access the large terrace of 25 m2.

The property includes a semi-basement floor connected to the garden where you will find a well-equipped bike room and laundry room.

LIVING ROOM:

The hall welcomes you at the entrance with typical cross vaults and consists of a living area with a comfortable 3-seater sofa, a television and a dining area with a large extendable table.

The branches of the cherry tree transform the windows facing the garden into real paintings, especially during the flowering period.

KITCHEN:

The country chic style kitchen is large and has a table with chairs, ideal for having breakfast at home.

The triple room has two single beds and a loft bed, a wardrobe, a mirror and a chest of drawers.

Upon request, it is possible to join the two single beds to obtain a comfortable 160 cm double bed.

Also on request, it is possible to add a cot for babies.

WORKSTATION:

The hallway that joins the two bedrooms has a bookcase with a desk, perfect if you need an environment to work on your computer.

The workstation also has a printer and a scanner.

GARDEN

In the garden you can relax in the greenery enjoying a splendid view of the Calice Ligure valley.

Enclosed on four sides, it has a small barbecue area with wooden table and chairs.

In the center of the garden stands a splendid cherry tree - from which the house takes its name - which in the days of flowering offers a real spectacle of nature.

TERRACE

The large and sunny terrace offers a splendid view of the Calice Ligure valley.

You will find there a large table with wooden chairs, two comfortable deck chairs and a cantilevered parasol.

BIKE ROOM

The bike room has a rack that can accommodate up to five mountain bikes/e-bikes.

It also has a bicycle maintenance stand equipped with tire levers, an air pump, a set of allen screws and a set of wrenches.

Outside the bike room you will find a water pump for cleaning the bikes.
