The maximum booking capacity is 15 people, with the flexibility to bring up to 5 additional guests during the day (8am to 6pm) at no additional charge. Any additional person (after 8pm) wishing to stay until 10 pm will pay a fee of 20 USD.
It is important to note that only the 15 people included in the original reservation will be able to stay overnight. If any guests plan to stay overnight, a fee of $50 per day will apply.
Our housekeeper is also available cleaning services, with the possibility of laundry every 2 days.
We remind you that the amenities provided are for the first days of your stay. In case of a long stay, you will find local markets nearby or you can bring the products you prefer.

To get around comfortably, Uber is an excellent option in our area. However, you will also find taxis and buses frequently, as we are located near a main road that connects to the city. Whatever your choice of transportation, you`ll find it easy to get around and explore everything our charming area has to offer. Enjoy convenience and accessibility during your stay!

Your Satisfaction is our top priority, we want you to have an amazing time with us, but also there are some aspects you need to KEEP IN MIND.
IMPORTANT
This house is to host 15 people..YOU ARE ALLOWED TO BRING UP TO 10 INVITED PEOPLE FROM 8:00 AM TO 9:00 PM NO EXCEPTION, each extra guest has to pay 25.000 COP To access this beautiful location, if one extra guest plans to stay, they will have to pay 100 usd.
This is a residential home, our neighbors are families and our friends, we want to keep the good relation with them after your visit. The house main goal is to provide guests a nice space for them to rest, sleep and have a nice experience. Music at decent levels is always welcome, so is sharing time with your people. However, parties, loud events, exceeding the amount of people allowed, drugs comsuption and other serious issues will lead to eviction, which is the last thing we want to do.
We just want you to follow basic rules, we trusted you by hosting you, don`t let us down :)
Smoking is adamantly prohibited inside the property, you could always smoke outside ( taking care of cigarret butts), if place is found smelling like cigarretes/other substances you will be fined, airbnb is taking seriously this matter as it affects coming guests. Penalty could go from 100 usd to 300. By booking you agree to pay this fee.
- Do not exceed actual capacity which is 15, $100 usd extra per guest!
-Strictly prohibited productions or events at location.
-Pets are not allowed
-Only the number of guests on the reservation are allowed to stay over.
-No food or drinks are allowed on the bedrooms. The bedding linens and/or carpet will be replaced at your cost if found stained. .
- Please check out at 11, (any other time has to be mutually agreed), last thing we want is take money from your deposit for late check out. (50 usd every 30 min)
- If provided with keys, there wil be a $ 100 charge if lost
