« Le plus problématique à était la communication avec l'hébergeur avant le séjour. Les informations nécessaires à l'enregistrement ont été communiquées uniquement deux jours avant notre arrivée. Il est aussi pratiquement impossible d'avoir quelqu'un au téléphone et les échanges par mail ont été très lents.
