Les points forts : Propreté, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce
Les points faibles : Arrivée
The unit itself was really nice and clean and looked to be newly renovated. However, the upstairs tenants were really loud, late into the evening and the floors were also pretty squeaky and load. Unfortunately at check in the keypad didn’t work. Luckily the cleaning staff was just finishing so it worked out an I was able to access the property. But at checkout I had no way to lock the door unless I took the key with me which I did. But then I was asked to travel back to the property to return it and that was little inconvenient. The neighbouring property is under construction right now so the yard was quite messy to look at and there were workers on site for the evening as well, which were right beside the unit. The landscaping of the property was also quite overgrown and messy, as was the common back alley access and common space. The cleaning fee is very high for one night. The location is quite good though for access to bridgeland, dog walking areas and to downtown.
