**The Owl – Main Floor Suite**

The Owl is the bright main-floor suite of the home. Large windows provide plenty of natural light, while the living room offers comfortable seating and a Smart TV for relaxing after a day exploring Calgary.

The full kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, and essentials for preparing meals, along with a dining area where guests can gather together.

The main floor includes three bedrooms and a full bathroom, making it a comfortable and practical space for families and groups.

**The Nest – Lower-Level Suite**

The Nest is a private, self-contained lower-level suite with its own kitchen, living area, bedroom, and bathroom.

The bedroom is particularly spacious and provides a comfortable retreat for guests who appreciate a little extra room or privacy.

The suite also includes a dedicated workspace with a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and printer, making it convenient for guests working remotely during their stay.

The renovated bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower with dual showerheads and modern finishes.

**Lower-Level Ceiling Height**

The Nest has normal ceiling height throughout most of the suite. There is one lower section where ductwork passes between the living room and kitchen.

Guests taller than approximately 5'11" may need to duck slightly when passing through this area.

The Owl House is a two-level property with one private suite on each floor.

When booking this listing, your group has access to both The Owl on the main floor and The Nest on the lower level.

This setup works especially well for extended families, multiple couples, or groups who want to spend time together while still having separate kitchens, living areas, and sleeping spaces.

**Outdoor Space & Pets**

Guests have private access to the fully fenced backyard when booking The Owl House. The yard is especially convenient for families travelling with dogs and provides a comfortable outdoor space to relax.

We are pet-friendly with advance notice. Please include a few details about your pet when booking.

For guests who want to spend a longer day exploring Calgary, Banff, Canmore, or the surrounding area, we may also be able to arrange an optional pet check-in service with our trusted local helper.

Depending on availability, visits can include letting your dog into the yard, refreshing water, feeding, play time, or a short walk. Pet check-in service is available for an additional fee, must be arranged in advance, and is subject to availability.

Please note that the fence is older and has a few natural gaps. Very small dogs and determined escape artists should always be supervised.

**Secure Gear & Luggage Storage**

Guests have access to a dedicated section of the garage secured with a password-protected keypad lock.

The space is ideal for storing bikes, skis, snowboards, luggage, strollers, and other outdoor gear without bringing everything into the home.

It may also be used for luggage storage before check-in or after checkout when arranged in advance, which can be especially helpful for early arrivals or later departures.
