Luxury Retreat For Large Groups
This is a stunning and spacious five-bedroom house with mountain views in the beautiful community of Walden. This bright home has all you will ever need to make your stay super comfortable.
There is a trampoline in the fully fenced backyard, a deck for those barbecue dinners, and a second kitchen for all your culinary needs. The home also offers a separate office space with French doors.
As you walk in, you will be pleased with the "open to below" foyer. There is a separate office space, a second kitchen (spice kitchen), upgraded appliances, and a fifth bedroom on the main floor; a full bathroom with a toilet, and a large open concept plan with a kitchen, living, and dining area.
The upper floor has two large sized master bedrooms and one other good-sized bedroom. There is a bonus room and a full bathroom on the upper floor. The laundry room is easily accessible on the upper floor.
The backyard is fully fenced with a trampoline, deck, and a relaxing swing chair for two. A central air conditioning system is installed for those hot summer days.
The basement is not included.

- The house has a security alarm and safety is always a high priority
- The basement is occupied by quiet tenants (not by the homeowner)
- This is a no-party residence in a quiet neighbourhood. No parties allowed.
- Quiet time is after 10:00 PM as per the City of Calgary bylaw. Since we have tenants downstairs, quiet time is strictly monitored and any violation may result in a $500 fine as well as the guests being asked to leave without a refund.
- No undeclared guests allowed. Only guests who are included in the reservation are permitted to be in the property at any given time.
- No parking in front of the neighbours or a penalty will be charged.
- We have someone shovel snow around the property, during the winter months, we expect guests to be ok with us sending someone over to complete this task. The same applies for mowing the lawn and garbage removal.
