The suite features two queen bedrooms, a pull-out couch, and space for up to 6 guests. You’ll enjoy a warm living area for movie nights, a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals or easy breakfasts, and a layout designed to feel welcoming and comfortable for both short and longer stays!
Location & getting around
You’re just a 10-minute walk to the C-Train, making it easy to explore Calgary without a car. Downtown, the Calgary Zoo, and Stampede Park are all quick and convenient to reach.
Great for couples & families
Couples love the quiet, cozy feel and easy access to downtown dining and events. Families appreciate the extra sleeping space, full kitchen, and close proximity to family-friendly attractions.

Guest Access
Guests will enjoy private access to the entire basement suite, including a kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 2 bedrooms, providing a comfortable and independent stay.
The suite entrance is located on the right side of the building, allowing for easy and private access.
Free street parking is available, and we kindly ask guests to park directly in front of the unit whenever possible.
Guests also have access to a washer and dryer, which is especially convenient for longer stays or when traveling with kids or pets. For families, we also provide a Pack ’n Play and high chair to make traveling with little ones easier.
Everything is set up to offer privacy, comfort, and a smooth check-in experience so you can settle in and feel right at home 😊

For those arriving by car, free street parking is readily available directly in front of the unit. The Calgary International Airport (YYC) is approximately a 20-minute drive away, making your arrival and departure simple and stress-free.

This is a quiet residential building with other guests on site, so we kindly ask everyone to be respectful at all times.
House Rules:
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• No parties, events, or gatherings
• No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the suite
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property
• Dogs are welcome (up to 2); no cats, sorry
Fees & Enforcement:
• Smoking or vaping indoors will result in a minimum $300 fine
• Excessive mess, damage, or pet stains may result in additional cleaning or repair charges
• Violations of house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation with a refund, and guests will be required to vacate the property
This is a basement suite, and while it is private and self-contained, some normal household noise may be heard.
