Welcome to our sleekly designed one bedroom downtown condo with views of the downtown skyline including an unobstructed sight of the Calgary Tower.
Located in the heart of the Beltline.Walking distance to everything such as restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores and all popular/trendy avenues. 5 minute drive to the river,Stampede grounds and the Saddledome.
Please be aware the front doors of the building lock at 10pm. If you book, you'll have to pick up the key/fob in a different location.
You will have entire private access to the condo
For patio or balcony access, please use caution and avoid fully closing the doors, as they may lock automatically behind you.
*** POOL is closed for the winter.
Additionally, the surrounding area is a haven for food enthusiasts, with an array of fantastic restaurants, bars, and shops within easy walking distance. Immerse yourself in the vibrant nightlife Calgary is renowned for, knowing that a comfortable retreat awaits you at the end of the night. Parking stall not included with unit. Street parking or paid parking lots are around the building but availability can not be guaranteed.
