Le Séchoir at Cours du Fleuve Gîte Complex

Le Séchoir at Cours du Fleuve gîte was once part of the tobacco drying barn. Located in the heart of the Dordogne guests at Le Séchoir can have a taste of authentic French life. Although rural, Cours du Fleuve gîte complex is in the heart of the Dordogne with easy access to all the main attractions in the area. The town of Lalinde is ten minutes away and the pretty village of Tremolat is five minutes away across the river Dordogne. Choose to explore the area by foot, car or bicycle or just sit and relax by the shared, heated outdoor swimming pool. All my gîtes are rated 4 stars.

Le Séchoir has an open plan layout downstairs with a dining area and lounge with smart TV in French/English, satellite TV (English), DVD player, hi-fi and full wireless internet throughout the property. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, cafetière, dishwasher, washing machine and all the utensils you might need. There are patios to the front and rear of the property to allow access to the to sun (or shade!) throughout the day. Upstairs is the master bedroom with ensuite shower room, sink and toilet. The twin bedroom has two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower over, sink and toilet.
Outside on the rear patio is a gas BBQ.
All guests at Cours du Fleuve have access to the 12m x 6m outdoor heated pool (open from May to the end of October and 10 am to 6 pm). Please note all guests MUST abide by the pool rules! There are seating areas in the garden and a games room with table tennis, gym equipment and table football. Bicycles can be securely stored in the games room.
Rates include all utilities, bed linen, towels and wifi.
Each gîte has its own dedicated parking space. I ask if you are bringing more than one car to park the second on the verge in front of of Cours du Fleuve.
Cleaning is included but we do ask guests to leave the gîtes clean and tidy.
Cours du Fleuve is a quiet complex and we expect silence between the hours of 11 pm and 7 am so as not to disturb other guests. The property is not suited to small babies as we are on a septic tank system and cannot cope with nappies/wet wipes being put down the toilets.
