« Our family of eight recently stayed at this cozy little cottage, and it was perfect for us. The cottage was well-stocked with all the essentials, and the beds were very comfortable. Secondly, Chris offered top-notch customer service and stayed on the phone with me while I struggled with the key box (user error) and even offered to come over to help me. « We came to visit relatives for a few days. The Ducks Nest was a perfect place to stay. We loved the view of the lake and drank morning coffee on the deck every morning. Watching turtles, ducks and other wildlife was a treat. Plenty of room and very clean. The Host was always available with suggestions for places to visit and eat. Nice place to stay, even for an extended time
"A nice place to stay, even for a an extended period. I've been in there for three weeks. The room is confortable and the hotel team is eager to help and very efficient whether it is to repair something or to book one more night. The pool is nice and easily accessible. Around the hotel, there is plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and drive-in. There is food and useful stuff that can be bought at the lobby. Easy access to the Texas A&M Campus thanks to a bus (26) that comes right next to the hotel."
