Welcome to Villa Calangute Phase 12, a place where you may relax and turn off entirely. The comfort of the guests was a priority in the construction of this property. Once you enter, you will see all of the many opulent details.

Savor your personal retreat. Please take note that although this is a 6BHK villa, we will keep 2 bedrooms locked for the duration of your stay, making it a 4BHK villa for 8 persons. Savor a chic experience at this conveniently accessible location.

Key Features of Phase 12:

The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals and no room service.

This villa is 10 min walk to Calangute beach, has AC in the living room, 4 AC bedrooms & en-suite bathrooms with shared swimming pool (2 bedrooms locked). Free WiFi with 50-100+ mbps speed.

Villa has 3 king-size beds & 2 single beds. ON REQUEST: single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed.

Check in at 1:00 pm and Check out is 10:00 am. Flexibility is based on availability.

The pool is shared with the next door villa, namely Villa Calangute Phase 11.

There is pool table, carom board and table tennis at the villa.

Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day.

24-hour power backup (Inverter + Genset onsite).

Parking is compounded for 2 Cars.

Big buses and tempo travellers are not permitted to park or enter in our villa. Panchayat parking is available for an additional fee one kilometre from the villa.

The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional cooks for an extra cost.

An experience with all the advantages of restaurant quality food at a fraction of the price and in the comfort of your own holiday home. Just tell the chef your personal preferences, any allergies and he will prepare a delicious gourmet meal just for your group. You have to pay the labor and ingredients cost and its all prepared fresh at your villa.

2025 Villa Rules - Main guest to inform all members of the Group -- We know, we know, rules are boring… But these rules ensure that we can provide you and future guests with an amazing experience.

1. No Pets allowed.
2. No Smoking inside the villa.
3. No Large DJ Speaker will be permitted at the villas.
4. STRICTLY NO MUSIC (low/loud) and No Fireworks are allowed outdoors after 9pm. High Court Order. Violators can be charged an INR 1,00,000 fine or asked to leave the premises or imprisonment, or a license revocation. Play music Softly/Sensibly outdoor between 9 am to 9 pm below 55db.
5. NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT GOVT PERMISSION -- Wedding functions, anniversaries, DJ, event’s organizers, large speakers, etc. as special govt permission is required. Call to inquire.
6. The management accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage of personal items or valuables. Kindly ensure safekeeping of your belongings and put valuable items in the digital locker provided.
7. No large/mini buses or Tempo Traveler are allowed to enter/park at our villas.
8. Damages must be paid to the Manager on site who is responsible for the villa inventory.
9. Swimming Pool accessible ONLY between 8 am to 8 pm.
