• Driver's License & Rental Agreement: Guests must submit a copy of their driver's license and sign the Coastline Resorts rental agreement to complete the booking.
• No Rentals to Locals: We do not rent to locals.
• No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the unit & porch. A $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs.
• No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• No House Parties: This is a family-friendly property, and house parties are not permitted.
• No Motorcycles, Trailers, or Golf Carts: These are not allowed on the property.
• Parking: Free parking is available outside the unit.
Please note that some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Feel free to reach out to us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
