Please Note: This condo is on the second floor with two short flights of stairs (approx 8 stairs in total). There is no elevator.

I enjoyed the stay. The unit was as described. It’s was very clean and smelled good. It met all of our needs for the couple days we were there. The only criticism I had was the check in/condo access. I did not receive any information on how to access the unit prior to or once we arrived. I don’t know where the disconnect was. It sounded like it was on VRBO’s end. I would also like to add, the process thru VRBO to find out how to gain access is not great. I went thru the virtual assistant as recommended, I got all the way to the end and was prompted to call a number. The entire time I was on hold it kept recommending using the virtual assistant. I was asked multiple questions about my identity and booking. Once I finally reached a person. They asked me the same questions all over again and then said I’m in the wrong department and needed to transfer me…. No issues with room or owner. VRBO’s help desk needs some fine tuning.

We stayed here for 4 nights while home shopping and it was a great choice. The condo was immaculate and in a great central location to Sunset Beach, and Ocean Isle Beach. It was quiet and peaceful. We tried some great local restaurants Boundary House and Becks and they did not dissapoint. Highly recommend if you are staying in the area

The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. Parking was easy and the condo was easy to find. The condo itself was clean and everything worked. The owners were very easy to communicate with and even accommodated our request to adjust check-in times. The area is quiet and seemed nice. We only stayed 1 night so didn’t get a chance to really explore. Very good experience for a fair price. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a very nice stay. The unit is very clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. The unit is close to Calabash downtown and a quick hop over to South Carolina should you wish to visit the SC beaches.

The bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning seemed to be doing it's best. Heavy cigarette smoke came into the condo from the other balcony.

We needed a place to stay while we were in town closing on our new house. This was the perfect place. The unit is in excellent shape considering the age of the building. If you are looking for great Calabash Style seafood, this is easy walking distance to the Calabash waterfront. Communication and management were awesome. Directions were clear and very easy to understand. We did not use the pool, but it seemed very clean and nice. Overall, If you are not concerned about being directly on the beach, this is a great place to relax and enjoy some great seafood.

This second story condo is perfect. It is close to the beaches and restaurants, but not in the busier, more traffic clogged North Myrtle Beach area. The kitchen had everything needed to cook your meals, but save a few meals to eat at the local favorite restaurants.

We came in for one night to do a little off shore fishing. The place was ideal for restaurants. It was clean and welcoming.

Overall the stay was mostly pleasant. The price was great. Any issues that we had were address and handled very quickly. Communication was spot on. The really only issue that we had was ever who lives upstairs had a little child that was allowed to run and jump for hours on end, but gladly it subsided and didn’t last all night. We didn’t really know what to expect as far as the location, but the property seems older than what I was thinking it would be. The bed slept very well.

It was what I expected from the pictures. I did not have any issues. Communication was excellent. The extra’s such as towels, kitchen supplies, and cleaning supplies that was furnished was beyond what I expected.
