6/10
Most of the staff were wonderful and the property is a 5-minute walk to the ticket station and Sphinx entry for the pyramids. The view from the terrace is definitely the best in the area since it's the very first building in front of the pyramids so nothing blocks your view of the complex. The reason for the 3 stars is because the terrace doesn't actually serve dinner as the other reviews show on Google and the hotel has nothing else going on. The wifi is also non-existent unless you stand in a specific spot next to the reception desk, but it didn’t work in our room at all. It's a very quiet hotel that can be a bit boring if you aren't going into the pyramid complex and don't want to sit in your room. Again, unbeatable for the views and the convenient location next to the pyramids, but if we returned we'd probably stay at one of the nearby hotels that had far better on-site restaurants and amenities plus equally amazing views of the pyramids considering how expensive it was to stay here. If these things don't matter to you and you just want an amazing view, then this is a great hotel! But for the high cost, we think there should've been more on offer.
