« Excellent communication, easy check in process, very responsive to requests (allowed early check in and made up the sofa bed for us), house was beautiful and exactly as listed. Only things I would add/change would be a bread knife and larger chopping knife (trying to cut sourdough and watermelon with the small sharp knife was tricky) and maybe a larger amount of laundry powder (to be fair we did a huge amount of laundry as a family of 7 using the pool daily and with teenage girls changing...

Most of the tableware was old and some were even chipped, so please upgrade it as it really does not match the quality of this lovely house. The internet did not work, but the team tried their best. « From the time of our arrival we fell in love with this property. The layout of the house suited our seven family members, ranging in age from 29 to 78. The spaciousness gave us all areas to have a break from one another if needed. « Pool and tennis courts were great after long days. Stayed with a family group of 12 and we had plenty of room to relax! Beautiful property. Would recommend for groups, great home base for the area.Note that the surrounding areas are quiet so Uber is not easy after dinnertime - best to have a car! About 30 min from downtown Cairns where many of the tours start and end. »
