Designed for comfort and convenience, this cosy studio features a comfortable sleeping area, an adjoining bathroom, a coffee machine, and a small bar fridge for added convenience.

With everything you need for a relaxing stay, this space is perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Step outside, and you'll find yourself in the heart of Cairns' vibrant waterfront, surrounded by top dining spots, lively entertainment, and easy access to marine excursions.

Check-in is available until 6 PM unless otherwise arranged, as we personally meet guests at the property. During your stay, you'll enjoy complete privacy with unrestricted access to your accommodation. A swipe card will be provided for secure access to the building and lifts. Please note that parking is not available. Guests also have access to the rooftop pool, sauna, and BBQ facilities, making it easy to relax and soak in the tropical atmosphere.

Your comfort is our priority, and we aim to make your arrival seamless with a personalised meet-and-greet check-in. While we respect your privacy, our dedicated reservations and operational team is always on hand to assist with any needs that may arise, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Check-In Process: We offer an in-person meet and greet at check-in. Please confirm an arrival time prior to 6 PM. For arrivals after this time, late check-in may be arranged at an additional cost, but please confirm with us before booking.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.

Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.

Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.

Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.

Great location

Beautiful spot close to resteraunts and marina. Check in process was a bit challenging as a specific time has to be provided which caused some issues when our ETA was delayed. Otherwise very good experience with the hosts responsiveness and support for organising activities and things to do in the area. Room was comfortable with a beautiful view.

Great Cairns Accomodations

Very comfortable accommodations on the Cairns waterfront. Close to a bunch of nice restaurants and easy access to Green Island tours. I was met by one of the owners and given the “50 cent tour” of the unit and building when I arrived. If I come back to Cairns I would definitely stay here again.

Great View and location!

Quiet complex steps from the major water activities and restaurants of the area. Great communication with management. No issues. Keep in mind that this is essentially a hotel room, not a typical VRBO in that there are no kitchen or living area. Lovely little outdoor area with pretty water and mountain views. We had a very enjoyable 4 day stay.

Our host was very gracious and accommodating, and responded quickly to our questions. The location was perfect for us, all of the tours we did picked up within walking distance. We walked to Cairns Central, grocery stores, laundry, etc. The only thing missing from the room was a microwave or toaster. The coffee maker, kettle, and mini fridge were nice but it limited how much we could eat in the room, not having a microwave. Oh the shower has excellent water pressure!

Great location

Perfect location near the marina waterfront in Cairns. Nicely fitted out and plenty of space for one or two people. Card access is nice so you don’t need to carry an awkward key. Pool, bbq and other facilities are great and well-maintained. Property is starting to look a little tired with worn surfaces and fittings, but otherwise great.

Lovely and clean

This room was clean, comfortable and in a lovely (mostly) quiet location. The photo of the harbour view is accurate and we enjoyed the location. The only thing we didn't like is that check-in has to be by meeting someone rather than self-check-in (ie. a key safe with a code sent on the day) which is what we mostly find with accommodation on Stayz and is so much less stressful than having to know your exact ETA. There was also an incredibly loud machine being used in the room next to us (pulling up floor tiles apparently) for 2 of our 4 days there. That was difficult for us to have a relaxing time and we wish there could have been warning - but we assume that Cozie Homes didn't know about this either or they would have told us (and so therefore not a reflection on the host.) Apart from those things we would recommend staying there.
