Caerphilly - Réservez votre appartement pour un week-end

« Fast and easy check-in, helpful staff and quick production of a VAT invoice for expenses. The apartment was clean, roomy and comfortable, with a good bed, large TV, well equipped kitchen and great shower too. Parking is very convenient and placed at the back of the building in the multi-storey car park. Local supermarket very close too. Great. »

« It had everything we needed for a one nights stay. The only thing we couldn’t find was the switch for the heating as we did need to take the chill off now it’s getting cooler. Despite the fire alarm going off and no one knowing what to do at 5am we had a pleasant stay »

That part we were extremely grateful for, but the whole process was extremely stressful. »

I tried calling several times but only go through on two occasions. The first time the person was helpful the other they were unable to resolve the issue. It’s a lovely place, with good amenities but...

Furthermore, despite sending photographs to the property management team and requesting either a refund or an...
