« The location was excellent for us as we wanted the museum, almost opposite, and the Conservatoire only some ten minutes walk. It was also some distance from the stadium, where a very loud concert was taking place. Shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance. Much time would have been saved if the entrance instructions had explained the main entrance is not in Park Place but in St Andrew's Place. When checking out, we found two plastic cards which presumably could be used instead...

« Good spacious one bedroom apartment. Booked for 2 adults and 1 child, but not clear that no bed or sofabed is provided for the 3rd person. Mattress and bedding can be provided for additional fee. Early check in subject to availability. No messages responded to via hotel.com messaging service however when rang apartments directly the member of staff was extremely helpful. Never received check-in information and Stayright couldn't confirm our booking even though I emailed receipts of payment and booking details from Wotif. Said problem had something to do with booking through Wotif. Took 3 hours to reach a solution which in the end was finding us another property to stay in. That part we were extremely grateful for, but the whole process was extremely stressful. »

« We didn’t like the fact that there was no one on site to talk to. We didn’t get fresh towels even though we stayed for 6 nights. The TV in the bedroom was broken and some of the cutlery was dirty. At the end of the stay we had to take all our rubbish to bins at the end of the street. We wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. »
