Superbe nouvelle maison avec 2 chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bain et un divan-lit. 6 personnes mais vous pouvez demander un matelas pneumatique pour 8 personnes. Belle cuisine avec comptoirs en granit, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, suite parentale avec bain à remous et douche à l'italienne, lit king size, foyer électrique et téléviseur de 43 pouces. Le salon a une cheminée électrique et une télévision 50 pouces. Kitchenette à l'étage avec réfrigérateur pleine grandeur, cafetière et four grille-pain. Cuisine complète en bas.
Cette belle maison a un porche couvert confortable avec 6 chaises berçantes. À l'arrière, nous avons un foyer avec 8 sièges, un barbecue et un petit porche couvert. Le quai communautaire est accessible à pied. . Chargeur de voiture électrique est disponible à la maison. À distance de marche, il y a une autre propriété disponible dont la référence est le 903901.

Wonderful House!

We absolutely loved our weekend stay at the house. We rented a boat in Lake Barkley and the house was within driving distance. Kitchen provided everything we needed for dinners as a family. The location was extremely quiet and sleeping accommodations were perfect for the whole family. We are already planning our trip back for next summer!

Quiet Retreat

Very wonderful weekend. Loved relaxing on both of the porches at the house. Located on a court so there was minimal traffic. The house included everything you could need. It had a gorgeous kitchen. We saw deer and armadillos in the backyard by the fire pit. The only drawback was very minimal access to the internet while inside the house. The owner advised about access to the network but we were not able to find the connection. Excellent communication when we had questions.

A Perfect Getaway with Exceptional Hospitality! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming VRBO home that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and kindness by the owner, Patty who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The home itself was beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy charm. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with everything I needed at my fingertips. The thoughtful touches like having a crock pot and fuzzy warm throw blankets everywhere truly made me feel at home. The location was ideal, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood yet conveniently close to all the nearby town in Cadiz. I loved exploring the area during the day and returning to the comfort of the house in the evening. The gorgeous trees and the playful squirrels 🐿️ were so good for the soul! What truly set this experience apart was the owner's hospitality. They were always available to answer questions or provide recommendations, and their genuine care for my comfort was evident. After I divulged a few things that I’m walking thru currently in my life, she checked on me everyday and offered to help me find care for my mom from Ca. It felt like staying with a friend rather than just renting a property. I cannot recommend this VRBO home highly enough! If you're looking for a memorable getaway with a host who truly cares, look no further. I can't wait to return!

Nice cabin

Nice family cabin. Patty, the owner, was an awesome host. Cabin was very clean & well stocked with the necessities. Our kids loved bunking upstairs. The balcony was a favorite spot to read, hang out, lounge on the hammock. We visited LBL 1850's Working Settlement, Bison & Elk Prairie. Venture River Waterpark (30 min) Kentucky Shores Family Fun Center (40 min). We did not utilize the boat slip this time but the kids did fish off the dock. (It is a steep trip up from the dock - good workout!) Patty was very accommodating and a pleasure to visit with. We plan to visit again!!

No internet or TV while we was there. Disappointed little 4 year old !

Nice cabin! Could use a good cleaning and work on the internet there. The cleanliness was from bugs being dead everywhere but it is by a lake so that is to be expected. Loved talking to the owner on the phone!

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful and comfortable and clean. Had a great stay and great weather. House and kitchen were well stocked. Only things we were missing that I thought would be there were bathroom handsoap, washcloths, and baking dishes. Otherwise we had everything else we needed.. The boat slip is a very short walk away but it is a steep climb back up so be prepared for that. Beautiful home with a very nice owner and quick to answer questions.

Labor Day Getaway

The cabin was absolutely beautiful, very spacious for a 2 bedroom cabin. The owner of the cabin was an angel to work with. We had 8 people instead of 6 and April was very understanding of it, work with me to accommodate us as best as possible considering the circumstances. Thank you for an amazing Labor Day weekend n 1st trip of many to KY Lake, Berkley Lake, n LBL.

Kentucky get away

Due to covid, we cancelled a trip but still wanted to get away. We were pleasantly surprised by this beautiful home. Anything we might have wanted was already there. Porches were very comfortable for reading and talking, especially upstairs with a fan! Spent a day on a boat and another visiting a confederate fort in Tennessee. A great choice in this area!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! It was perfect size and allowed us to be together when we wanted and time to ourselves if needed. Everything in the home has been taken care of well and is in top notch condition. Being at the end of a round helped to give that “middle of nowhere” feeling.

4th of July getaway

We went down to Cadiz to get out of Chicago for the holiday weekend. Rented a boat at KY boat marina and stayed at the house. Enjoyed the fire pit and s’mores. House was perfect for our group.

The place was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed the Antique shops downtown. Boat dock is just a few minutes walk. The marina is a shot boat ride to the cove. We would recommend.

AWESOME RENTAL

This property is absolutely amazing. It sits next to a dead end and there's lots of privacy. Inside the cabin, has everything you could ever imagine, nice TV's, electric fireplaces for coziness, new appliances, nice beds, showers, bathtubs, anything and everything! If you failed to bring something for cooking, most likely it will be there. Front porches are a nice place to sit and relax. Gas grill made for delicious food. Also, there is a dock in the neighborhood to keep your boat. The launch pad was just a short way down road and close drive by water to the dock. It was truly a great place to get away for the weekend. We hope to do it again!

This place was a dream!

This property was a dream! Incredibly clean & charming. The lake was a 3 minute walk away with slip access, so we were able to rent a boat and house it there our entire stay, which was amazing. April and Patty were wonderful to work with and were very accommodating. We had the best time and cannot wait to return!

We had a great vacation in this beautiful new home! The owner was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay! She’s equipped this house with all the luxuries of home! It was beautifully decorated and has a fabulous master bath. We would highly recommend this property!
