« No hanger for the cloths, no cabinet. Tiles in bathroom have white spots. WLAN speed is okay, but WLAN in room had twice connection problems. Aircon is good. No windows in the room. Alternative would be room with windows to a noisy street. Room service is good. Can hear voices from the neighbour room. »

« Un peu sale, équipements désuets et pas toujours fonctionnels, par exemple la douche, les sanitaires, la climatisation très bruyante, télévision de mauvaise qualité pour l'image et le son; nombreux insectes dans la chambre; très bruyant la nuit, beaucoup de paroles élevées dans les couloirs; des cris d'enfants en pleine nuit; aucune isolation phonique... »

« This hotel is ok. The room is not that clean. The staff are very helpful and so friendly. Near Ayala Mall where you can go shopping and eating which much of choices where to eat. »

« Great staff, good views from room! »

« The room is clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The outdoor pools are clean. The hot springs pools are very relaxing. The view from the resort is stunning. I follow a plant-based lifestyle and the restaurant chef tailored the dishes offered on the menu to plant-based meals. I enjoyed it so much that I reserved a three-night stay the following weekend. »

« The entrance from the road (left side) may look like a drive thru but once getting into the lobby everything was very inviting. »
