Positive feedback: Nice view, nice breakfast negative feedback: disappointed with the room, smallest shower I have had for an executive room, and I’m not tall and big! And unfortunately not clean properly. No upgrade available either.
huge disappointment with the pool area … we were told not open before the 1/05 for the summer season…but no communication on the website for that! And we came the weekend before the opening and it was sunny & hot, no compromise…really a shame as we booked for the pool area mainly!
No early check in or late check out possible for a gold member…
The hotel is not far from the historic city center (on top of the hill). Ribeira area 25mns by walk up&down
