Just a 5-minute drive from the beautiful sandy beach, Villa Lux Grande places you close to one of Costa Rica’s most famous surf destinations. Playa Grande is known for its consistent waves that welcome both beginner and experienced surfers, as well as its stunning sunsets, relaxed atmosphere, and friendly local community. Despite its natural beauty, the town remains peaceful and uncrowded, with excellent restaurants, cafés, and local shops all nearby.

The Space:

Villa Lux Grande features a modern main house with 4 bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for all guests. The home also includes:

Outside, you’ll find a large private backyard surrounded by nature, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy the tropical setting. The covered outdoor deck includes comfortable seating and a dining area, making it the perfect place for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or evenings filled with conversation and laughter.

Guests have access to the entire property, including the pool, backyard, and private gated parking area with space for 3–4 cars.

Villa Lux Grande is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants, cafés, and a local fruit and vegetable market, making it easy to enjoy fresh local flavors during your stay. A pharmacy and medical clinic are also nearby for additional convenience.

Cleaning before check-in is included. If you want daily cleaning you can request for an extra fee ($50 per cleaning).

Getting Around:

Many restaurants, cafés, and small shops are within walking distance from the house. If you plan to explore more of the Guanacaste region, we recommend renting a car. Many incredible beaches, national parks, and attractions are located 20 to 50 minutes away.
