An ideal location only a short 7-minute walk to Playa Brasilito and a 15-minute walk to the white sands of Playa Conchal. Tamarindo and Playa Grande are located 20 to 30 minutes away by car.



This house has installed cameras in key areas around the property, including the backyard, front yard, perimeter, and main door. These cameras are positioned to provide comprehensive coverage from the corners of the house ensuring that all critical spaces are consistently monitored. We recommend a car or golf cart to get around with ease. We can arrange airport transfers, area taxi and rental cars.
