Marina Resort #502 is a recently remodeled first-floor two-bedroom condo located in a quiet enclave with a secluded beach on Playa Flamingo’s North Ridge.



The Space:

The 1,400 sq. ft. (130 m²) ground-floor unit features an open-concept layout with a living room, kitchen, and dining space, as well as two bedrooms and a stunning terrace offering panoramic views of the ocean, mountains, and pool.



Marina Resort #502 features a chic living space with brand-new tile flooring and vibrant furniture. The living room is furnished with a blue couch with colorful striped throw pillows, a wood-and-glass coffee table, a flat-screen TV, a ceiling fan, and a set of comfortable chairs.



The living space faces a four-panel floor-to-ceiling window with a sliding glass door that opens onto a private terrace with breathtaking ocean and pool views. The covered patio is equipped with a matching outdoor furniture set, a gas barbecue grill, and ceiling fans, and is shaded by lush tropical landscaping.



The newly remodeled kitchen offers a modern design, with white stone countertops, sleek gray cabinets, and an eye-catching gray-and-white stone backsplash. The kitchen is equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator and freezer, an oven and stovetop with a range hood, and a microwave. The kitchen features a breakfast bar that accommodates three at wooden barstools, and directly behind the kitchen, a wooden dining table seats six.



This condo accommodates up to four guests across two comfortable bedrooms. One bedroom features a king-sized bed, and the other has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms are furnished with vibrant tropical decor and flat-screen TVs. The unit includes two bathrooms that each come with a walk-in shower and brand-new cabinets, countertops, and fixtures.



Guests at Marina Resort #502 can enjoy access to the community’s amenities, including a sparkling lap swimming pool and a swirling staircase that leads to a secluded beach. This unit is also pet-friendly and features a laundry room, complete with a washer and dryer, as well as an additional refrigerator.



Pet-friendly policy



We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.

The Neighborhood:

Flamingo is a high-end beachfront community notable for its dazzling ocean views and the beautiful, hilly peninsula that juts out into the Pacific, separating Playa Potrero from Playa Flamingo.

Flamingo is home to a wide array of stunning homes and vacation rentals, as well as humbler lodging options, and it has restaurants, grocery stores, banks and other conveniences.

A brand-new, state-of-the-art marina opened to the public in 2022, with slips for yachts and fishing boats, condos for rent and all kinds of shops and restaurants. Other major developments here include the 360 Splendor del Pacifico luxury condominiums on top of the North Ridge, the Margaritaville Beach Resort, and the upscale Mar Vista housing development, where there’s an excellent private school called La Paz.

Good restaurants in town include the Coco Loco, a beachfront eatery known for its coconut drinks and standout cuisine; Marie’s, a reliable standard with a long and enticing menu; Angelina’s, featuring fine Italian dining in an elegant environment; and several options at the Margaritaville, including the 5 O’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill.

Flamingo was largely developed by foreigners, and it lacks the traditional Costa Rican downtown with a soccer field plaza, church and school. The heart of town is an upscale commercial plaza with stone steps, fountains, restaurants and shops. Farther away on the road to Brasilito, you’ll find smaller restaurants, hotels, banks, hardware stores and the Super Massai grocery store.

Flamingo is more or less the centerpiece of a beautiful coastline stretching from the Reserva Conchal resort in the south to the Las Catalinas resort in the north, with the more traditional Costa Rican towns of Brasilito and Potrero in between. Flamingo is within easy striking distance of several beaches, including Conchal, Flamingo, Potrero, Penca, Prieta, Pan de Azucar and Danta.



Getting Around:

Our agents will be happy to assist you with renting a car, giving you the freedom to explore the area where you want, when you want. For short drives to nearby towns or beaches, golf carts are another popular mode of transportation. You can also rent a bicycle to ride around in town or beyond.



We can arrange transfers to and from the airport. Rental cars can also be delivered to your property at no additional cost, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery as our private van drives you here from the airport.



Taxis are available but can be a bit hard to find. Many locals use buses to get around, though there are a limited number of routes and times of day when you can catch them. Private shuttles can be a great option for traveling to nearby destinations, and many tour companies offer transportation to and from the tour. Lovely place

This was a wonderful property. We enjoyed it very much the management was helpful and friendly. We loved the pool and the walk to the small beach. Just know it is at least 120 steps to get to beach. And several steps to get to the condo. Close to playa flamingo 10 min walk. Everything g was clean. Extra spices helped with cooking. Fully stocked kitchen. Some beach chairs and umbrella were available but we did not use.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt als Familie gut gefallen vor allem der grandiose Blick, der Pool, der direkte Zugang zu der wunderschönen Bucht und die Nähe zur Marina. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Einige Dinge (Möbel auf der Terrasse, Waschmaschine) könnten besser instand gesetzt werden. Sehr netter und schneller Kontakt zur Vermietungsagentur!

Perfect location

Overall we loved our stay. We loved the pool, private access to a small beach and our patio the most! Easy to walk around anywhere! I was never given the gate code or the door code. I did not have service unless through WhatsApp and with Wi-Fi. I found a tenant to call for me since the office was closed. It could have been bad. I would recommend upgrading the sheets and a pillow top mattress pad. Also limited on toilet paper at the end. Little for a welcome basket. Safe environment and clean condo! Just recommendations 😄

Beautiful place on the top of a hill so you get a nice breeze, the pool is great and wonderful amenities in the condo. Very easy to get to, check-in/get in, and use and a home base for some site seeing
