Summary:
Oceanica 805 in Flamingo is an ocean-view condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a beautiful pool. It offers priceless sunrise and sunset views, a partial view of the new Marina Flamingo and a short walk to both Potrero Beach and Flamingo Beach.

The Space:
The master bedroom, newly renovated with a walk-in closet, offers a king-size bed and a TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and both have air conditioning. There’s a second TV in the living room, and the unit offers Wi-Fi and modern furnishings and decor.

A fully renovated kitchen with marble countertops has a new double-door refrigerator, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, electric oven and dishwasher. All utensils, dishes, pots and pans are included. A round dining table with four chairs can seat up to six, with additional chairs from the bedrooms. A terrace offers outdoor seating and a barbecue.

A beautiful ocean-view pool has lounge chairs and a communal barbecue area and seating.

Your rental will be stocked with a welcome basket of coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, cooking oil and Costa Rica’s famous Salsa Lizano. Pet-friendly policy

We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.

The Neighborhood:
Oceanica: Residential Towers in Flamingo Near Two Beaches

Oceanica is a condominium complex in downtown Flamingo with three multi-story towers that provide incredible views of bays to the north and south.

At six or seven floors, these are the tallest buildings in Flaming, giving most of the units gorgeous balcony views of Brasilito Bay, while some can also see Potrero Bay on the other side of the North Ridge.

The luxury condominiums here have all the comforts you would expect, including air conditioning, gourmet kitchens with granite counters, washers and dryers, barbecue grills and walk-in closets. And fortunately for those on the upper floors, there’s also an elevator.

Oceanica is a short walk from the main downtown area (though it’s a pretty steep uphill walk to get back). It’s also a short walk to two beaches — Flamingo Beach on one side and Potrero on the other.

Oceanica has a boomerang-shaped swimming pool with an ocean view and shaded lounge chairs, surrounded by palm trees and flowering plants.

Getting Around:
Our dedicated agents are at your service, ready to assist you in securing a rental car, granting you the freedom to explore the area at your own pace. For short jaunts to nearby towns or beaches, golf carts are a popular choice for convenient mobility. Alternatively, you can opt for a bicycle to navigate the town and its surroundings.

In addition, we can arrange hassle-free airport transfers for your convenience. If you prefer the ease of having a rental car waiting for you at your property, we offer complimentary delivery services. Relax and enjoy the scenic drive from the airport to your destination in our private van.

While taxis are available, they may be somewhat challenging to find. Many locals rely on buses for transportation, although there is a limited selection of routes and schedules. Private shuttles are an excellent choice for reaching nearby destinations, and numerous tour companies offer transportation to and from their tours.

Wonderful place and location

We loved Oceanica, and this unit was perfect for us. Everything worked well. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, cookware and utensils. Absolutely the only negative is the internet, which is provided by Starlink. It was inconsistent and went on and off frequently. So if a person really needed a good internet connection while staying there, this would be a deal breaker.

Fantastic stay!

This place is fantastic! Clean, very well stocked, excellent sunset views, and with the sound of waves from the balcony. Short walk to the beach and several restaurants. Truly paradise. The only slight negative was the lack of directions finding it. The driveway to enter the property is not marked and we ended up entering the exit drive, which is marked! Even the zipline shuttle driver couldn’t find the entrance. This is a minor issue and doesn’t change our opinion that this is a fantastic place and we highly recommend it.

Amazing sunset view

Spent every morning and evening on the balcony listening to the waves crash, watching the local birds and just taking it all in. Beautiful, clean, spacious and comfortable, loved our stay. Loved Flamingo bay/beach!
