Villa Andrea is designed for connection, with four separate apartments that give your group space to spread out while still coming together for shared moments. The property consists of four separate units with their own kitchenette and bathroom. The larger two bedroom unit has a full kitchen and washer/dryer. With flexible sleeping arrangements, modern comforts, and built-in backup power and water systems, your stay feels effortless from start to finish. Whether you're celebrating something big or simply escaping together, this is where memories are made.

Other Things to Note:

*HURRICANE SEASON - Guests are responsible for monitoring weather conditions and making travel decisions accordingly. Hurricane season in Puerto Rico is from June 1 through November 30.



EXTENDED STAY NOTICE: Reservations exceeding 21 nights are subject to an additional $32 damage protection fee for each additional 21 nights of the reservation. Any applicable fees will be billed separately after booking.



IDENTITY VERIFICATION: To confirm your reservation, the primary guest is required to complete a brief identity verification process, including uploading a valid government-issued photo ID. Verification must be completed prior to check-in.



*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require the booking guest to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.



*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.



* PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 25, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.



* PETS - Pets are not allowed at this property. There is a $500 fee for any unauthorized pets.



*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
