- Nearest Airport: The nearest international airport is PSE (Rafael Hernández Airport), located 36 miles away, approximately a 1-hour and 30-minute drive.



- Parking: One free parking spot is available for your convenience, located at the right corner of the parking area.



- Public Transportation: Public transportation options are accessible within a short drive. Taxis and rideshare services are also readily available.

Please note: Birthday celebrations may be accommodated if arranged ahead of time.

Please note that this apartment does not come with wifi or internet service as part of its amenities.



- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs a the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Kindly note that any extra visitors must receive prior approval. This is subject to approval and may incur additional fees.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- One small pet is allowed at this property with a $70 USD fee.

- Disposable items: Please note guests must bring their own disposable cups and plates.

- Kitchen items: The kitchen includes three basic cooking pots. Guests must bring their own frying pans if needed.

- Sunday checkouts have no set checkout time. Guests are welcome to stay until Monday at no additional cost.
