The caretaker is not authorised to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency.
It is not permitted to make noise after 10 pm (Noise Ordinance).
The tenant shall provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all persons who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the booking. Persons not on the provided list will not be allowed to enter the building.
Separate organic waste from recyclables, depositing them in different rubbish bags.
When leaving the property, ensure that all electrical equipment has been switched off. Failure to comply with this item may result in the landlord deducting £100.00 per day from the guarantee deposit.
Our check-in is from 3 PM and our check-out is before 11 AM. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.
For each booking, we provide 1 set of bedding per bed and 1 set of bath towels per guest. Bedding and towel exchange service can be arranged and paid separately. Be careful with products that may be damaged, as any damaged item may be deducted from your security deposit.
Hygiene articles, such as toilet paper, are only provided at the beginning of the stay and are not replenished.
All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
