Sandylands Busselton is the WOW holiday home you have been looking for that will also allow you and your family relax and enjoy your holiday. This property comfortably sleeps 8 adults plus children., and a dog is also welcome.
From the outside the property is very deceiving, but once you walk in, you will feel like you are definitely going to enjoy your stay! The property has been presented with well thought out design and comfort, and furnished with everything guests would require.
The property is perfectly set-up and located for families of all ages, with a fantastic playground across the road for children. The addition of a high chair and cot ensures that even the youngest guests are comfortably accommodated. Sandylands would also be the ideal base for business travelers that enjoy the comforts of home while away. .
The shores of Geographe bay are 1km, the Abbey boat ramp is 1.8kms from the property and The Shed Markets and Amelia Park Tavern is 1.2km - what more could you ask for!
With air conditioning and fans to keep cool in summer and a wood fire to keep warm in winter, Sandylands is perfect for that relaxing getaway all year round.

Please Note - due to this property being in a regional area, in the event there is an issue with an appliance (i.e. Fridge or AC etc), we cannot guarantee a resolution or fix to an appliance due to a shortage of trades and suppliers and no emergency/out of hours services in this regional area.
Additional note:
- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection.
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.
This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
