Salty Solstice - Beachside Dunsborough Town
Enjoy access to everything Dunsborough town has to offer by foot! Turquoise waters of Geographe Bay to the left. Town centre to the right. A spacious balcony boasting views over parklands leading straight to Dunsborough Foreshore. Coffee connoisseurs, you need only head downstairs for your locally brewed morning fix. A few steps on either direction to endless wining & dining options.
Whether it’s business, family fun, or a couples retreat, short or extended stay, Salty Solstice caters for all!
The 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, apartment is spread over two levels (the second and third floors) of a three-story building. A small, takeaway coffee shop is conveniently situated on the ground level of the building.
Enter through the apartments private entrance to the first floor open-plan "light and bright" kitchen/dining area that opens, via bi-fold doors, to the generously sized (21 sqm) alfresco balcony entertaining area. The balcony, with outdoor dining setting and BBQ, presents views of vibrant streetscapes and the central beach parklands.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee station and double fridge/freezer. The breakfast bar and dining table offer indoor dining options.
The spacious living room is decked out with modern furniture including a 6 seater lounge, cosy bay-window seat and 75 inch smart-TV to meet all of your lounging needs.
Conveniently located on this level is a full laundry with washer and dryer, plus a toilet and vanity.
Heading upstairs to the second level to three very generous-sized bedrooms.
The king bedroom with en-suite is situated at one end of the apartment, whilst a 2nd king bedroom, with ocean views, is located at the other end of the apartment, right next-door to the second bathroom. Perfectly designed to provide two couples with the choice to have their own space and privacy throughout their stay. Both King bedrooms include private wall-mounted smart TV's. The third bedroom consists of two single beds. A study nook with solid oak desk comes in handy for business needs or provides a great space to layout a puzzle for the kids.
A toy box is provided, plus games, books and puzzles for all ages.
The parklands across the street include an area with fantastic play equipment for a wide age range of children as well as expansive grassed areas if you fancy a family game of cricket or soccer. The calm waters and white sands of Dunsborough beach are less than 150 metres from the apartment.
The apartment lot complex offers guests free use of undercover bike racks, plus one designated parking bay per apartment, as well as a couple of visitor parking bays. Free street parking directly in front of the apartment is an additional option.
An easy 2-minute walk to the foreshore where Southwest Boats and Bikes offer all sorts of equipment hire for hassle-free fun, including bikes and water sport equipment such as kayaks (kids, singles and doubles), SUPS (stand-up paddle boards), pedal boats and even floating pontoons to enjoy in the safe, calm waters of Geographe Bay.
Guests will have full access to the entire apartment except for one locked storage cupboard.
All linen and bath towels are provided. BYO beach towels or hire-towel can be arranged with at least one week's notice.
Stair access is required to access this property.
We suggest booking restaurants and activities ahead, especially during popular times such as summer or school holidays.
No School Leavers permitted under any circumstances - please do not ask.
Meet and Greet check-ins are a compulsory requirement for any Check-ins just prior-to, or during the annual school leavers week, which usually begins from the 2nd last weekend in November. True South Escapes has the right to refuse or cancel any bookings suspected to be intended for school leavers.
Please respect the neighbours, rowdy behaviour will not be tolerated.
No boats, caravans or trailers to be parked in the apartment complex at anytime.
