An outdoor setting and BBQ makes this the perfect chill out zone at the end of a fabulous beach (or winery tour) day and the lawned area is the perfect place for kids to play. Following the spiral staircase from the exterior of the home to the upper balcony you will find a newly renovated tranquil oasis to soak up the gorgeous views over the bay. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of local wine and nibbles or cosy up with a good book on the day bed. With a ceiling fan and large bifold windows, as well as heat lamps and outdoor blinds, this balcony can be completely opened in summer or closed in winter to be functional year-round.
