Freshly renovated and filled with light, Pepperstone is a relaxed coastal retreat just moments from Old Dunsborough Beach. With five bedrooms, two lounges, and a leafy outdoor area with BBQ and firepit, it’s made for family holidays, friend getaways, and easy coastal living.
The Space:
Spread across two levels, Pepperstone offers the perfect balance of togetherness and space. Two inviting living areas mean the kids can enjoy a movie while adults unwind with a glass of wine by the fire. The modern kitchen flows effortlessly onto the entertainer’s deck, ideal for shared meals or sunset drinks. Bedrooms feature a mix of king, queen, and twin beds, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests, all styled with natural textures, soft tones, and thoughtful touches that create a warm, serene atmosphere.
Wake up to breakfast under the trees, spend the day at nearby beaches, and end your evenings around the fire beneath a sky full of stars. Pepperstone blends comfort, simplicity, and style - close to everything, yet quietly tucked away for a truly relaxing getaway.
Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the entire home, garden, firepit, parking, and all living spaces. Check-in via smart lock.

Noise & Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

Firewood
A small supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.
Leavers
We are currently not hosting Leavers bookings.
Pet Policy
This property is not pet-friendly, and pets are not permitted on the premises at any time. Any unauthorised pets may result in additional cleaning fees and/or breach of booking terms.
Rental Agreement
