`Dunsborough`s Doorstep` Townhouse Great Location

`Dunsborough`s Doorstep` puts you within an easy walk of almost everything Dunsborough does well. The town centre is a short stroll away, with its shops, cafes and restaurants, and it`s about ten minutes on foot to the Dunsborough Tavern. The golf course, ovals, play parks, skate park, Lion`s shed and community centre are all close by, and the beach is roughly twenty minutes’ walk away. The Margaret River wineries, breweries and galleries are an easy drive.

The townhouse is set over two levels. Downstairs is the main living area, with a comfortable lounge and TV, a dining table and a well-equipped kitchen that has everything you need to cook properly rather than just get by. There`s air-conditioning throughout and a laundry with a washing machine.

Also downstairs is the master suite, and it`s the pick of the rooms. Queen bed, its own TV, air-conditioning, an ensuite shower and a separate WC, tucked away on the ground floor from the rest of the house.

Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, both air-conditioned. The second has a queen bed and a TV, and the third has two king single beds, which works well for children or for friends travelling together. They share a family bathroom with a bath, a shower, a vanity and a WC.

Outside there`s a small, enclosed garden, a pleasant spot to sit with a coffee or a glass of something local at the end of the day over a BBQ.

The garage keeps your car secure, and there`s space on the driveway for a second vehicle, a boat or a trailer.


Included in the cleaning fee - linen is provided and beds are made-up. Bath towels, hand towels and bath mats are also provided - please bring your own beach towels and face cloths.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, shower gel, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, etc. is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. Note that the owners’ elderly parents live closeby and there is a noise monitoring device.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
