Introducing DRIFTWOOD, your beachtown paradise. This home has all comforts for your holiday. Perfect base to chill for a weekend or extended stay. You`ll Relax, Recharge & Play.

2 queen beds, 1 KS bunk, linen included, 2 living areas, aircon, Wi-Fi, fenced yard.
Hypoallergenic dogs only. $20 per dog per night. Rules apply.

Must be over 21 years old to book, no teenager bookings.
Our home is fully self-contained with a fully equipped kitchen, electric oven, gas cook top, microwave and pod coffee machine. Two bathrooms and three toilets. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
There is a back yard, and the patio has a gas barbeque.
Linen included.
Some dogs are welcome with prior arrangement. $20 per night, per dog. Dogs are not allowed on the carpets or beds. They must be washed and treated for fleas before arrival. NB: The City of Busselton`s new laws state that dogs are not to be left alone at the holiday house while you go out.
Parking for two cars only.

The whole house
Driftwood is in a quieter part of Busselton. A walk to the beach at sunset is a must, then on to the town centre for a lovely meal, then a leisurely stroll back home.
Feel free to leave your car in the lockable garage or our driveway. City of Busselton`s new laws state cars are not to be parked off the property on neighbours verges. Restaurants, Shopping, Beach, Jetty are all in walking distance.
We supply STARTER essentials like tea, coffee, sugar, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, washing powder, and toilet roll to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us! Entry to the property confirms acceptance of these terms. Please review the important points below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit.
👤 Booking & ID Requirements
Booking must be under the name of the guest staying. Third-party bookings are generally not accepted. A government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license) is required within 24 hours of booking. As per Busselton Council rules, we must receive the names of all guests staying (Holiday Homes Local Laws 2012, 3.3).
👥 Guest Numbers & Visitors
Guest numbers must match your booking confirmation. Undeclared guests or pets will incur extra nightly fees. The property has security measures in place.
🛏 Linen & Bedding
Fresh linen is supplied. Beds: 2 Queen, 2 king single as a bunk bed.
🧹 Damage & Cleaning
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the stay. Please send photos of any existing damage within 10 minutes of arrival. A pre-authorisation hold is taken on the payment card and released after the cleaning inspection has taken place, all being good. Lost keys may require lock replacement. Oil leaks must be contained or may incur driveway cleaning fees.

Free and unlimited WiFi is provided.
🎉 Events & Noise
No parties, events, or gatherings. Commercial use is not allowed. Noise disturbances may result in eviction without refund.
🔥 BBQ Use
BBQ must be cleaned after use or a $50 cleaning fee applies. Please notify us if the gas bottle is empty.
🗑 Rubbish & Bins
Bins must go out Monday night. Missed bin collections incur a $20 fee per bin.
🎁 Welcome Gift
A small welcome gift (e.g., wine or beer) may be provided. Let us know in advance if you prefer not to receive alcohol.
🐾 Pets
Dogs and birds are allowed with prior written approval and pet fee. No cats, rabbits, or ferrets. Dogs must be clean, flea-free, never left alone indoors, and not allowed on carpets or beds.
🚭 Smoking
Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Dispose of butts properly (sealed and binned). Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
🔑 Lost & Left Items
We are not responsible for lost or left items. Returns incur a minimum $40 fee.
🌿 Wildlife & Insects
Due to nearby wetlands, some wildlife and insects may be present. Pest control is regularly maintained. Repellent and spray are provided.
