« The staff is very kind; however, they are not really experienced. The room was a bit sloppy (no hot water for 1 day, tap unfixed to the sink) and services are not clear; they did not know if I had paid or not via Expedia. »

Restaurant aanwezig wil zeggen dat er een plaats is waar je kunt zitten en het eten wordt uit de stad gehaald. Personeel spreekt nauwelijks engels. Afspraken, oppikken van vliegveld waren ze vergeten en ik moest 2 uur wachten totdat eenvoudige diner opgediend werd. »

« Amazing place with beautiful landscape and views of lake Victoria! It was above and beyond my expectations. Our room was very big, equipped with everything we needed and had a beautiful lake view. The hotel staff was amazing too, especially Phiona and also Stuart and Wilson! Definitely a great place for nature lovers. »
